AER GRANT FUNDING FACT SHEETS

The following Fact Sheets are provided to assist applicants in applying for and managing AER grants.

  1. Establishing "Evidence of Need"-Proof - internal and external information justifying the need, and
    supporting the methodology proposed for the project.
  2. What, How and Why? - some common questions you need to address when applying for funding.
  3. Evaluations - an essential step in demonstrating progress and assessing the success of your project.
  4. Records and Reports - good record keeping is a sign of effective planning, which will simplify reporting and avoid much duplication of effort.
  5. Project Budgeting - ensure your Finance Manager, CEO and Board Directors are consulted, and that all project-related costs are accounted for and agreed to.
  6. Raise Awareness - promoting your project and its outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders.
