supporting the methodology proposed for the project.
- What, How and Why? - some common questions you need to address when applying for funding.
- Evaluations - an essential step in demonstrating progress and assessing the success of your project.
- Records and Reports - good record keeping is a sign of effective planning, which will simplify reporting and avoid much duplication of effort.
- Project Budgeting - ensure your Finance Manager, CEO and Board Directors are consulted, and that all project-related costs are accounted for and agreed to.
- Raise Awareness - promoting your project and its outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders.
